We help compliance officers use analytics to identify criminal conduct, monitor controls and validate program effectiveness.
In my opinion, nobody has a better data analytics story to share right now than Andrew McBride.

A more effective and sustainable approach is to supplement this with real-time data generated by Compliance (e.g. policy use, training effectiveness, compliance approvals, speak up statistics, third-party-related data). This compliance data can be supplemented with metrics from other functions such as HR (employee attrition rates) and Health & Safety (reportable incidents) that also serve as proxies for cultural health.
Integrity Bridge can provide the following support:
Development of an ethics & compliance data analytics road map and resource plan
Governance in relation to the management and use of data, including personal data
Analytics to support compliance risk assessments and prioritization of remediation efforts
Development of compliance program effectiveness metrics
Selection and configuration of transaction monitoring platforms
Just as we are upping our game when it comes to data analytics, we expect companies to do the same. In fact, we cited in Albemarle’s NPA its use of data analytics to monitor and measure its compliance program’s effectiveness as an example of its extensive remediation.

Helpline and investigation case management platforms
We can also support with the integration of compliance technology with sales, procurement & other functional systems.
